This is not in violation of Idaho alcohol laws.  You must check with Twin Falls and Twin Falls County to ensure you are not violating local and county ordinances.  Don Schuster

Don,

Please review/research this and respond to this person.  Doesn't appear to me that this would be an issue with us.

Thanks,
Bob

Subject: Assistance in determining legality of an alcohol distribution/consumption device.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a resident of Idaho living in Twin Falls nearing the age of 22. I acquired your email address from Capt B. Hodge of tfid.org, and am inquiring about any laws, Idaho codes, regulations, etc that might pertain to an alcohol distribution/consumption device currently undergoing fabrication.

In short I am attempting to set a world record.

I have submitted my application to Guinness World Records as 'The Largest Beer Funnel' in the world.

It is currently under design, research & development and is currently incomplete.

My inquiry-

I have parsed through Idaho Statues title 23 and have found the majority of it's governing to be pertinent to the commercial distribution and (re)sale of liquor/beer/wine. Unfortunately I do not posses the legal-research competency to determine if my record attempt is permissible in this geographical location, and/or if there are any governing/legal concerns that I should be aware of during my record attempt.

I have created many 'way over-engineered' projects to date, but have immense respect for doing things 'right' and compliant to any local/state/federal governing/laws/codes/regulations/etc. I have submitted this to you for review with concern to any governing/laws/codes/regulations/etc applicable to the City of Twin Falls, Twin Falls County, State of Idaho, or Federal -in application to this device's creation/existence for record attempt, and or for personal use on private property.

My apologies if you are the incorrect point of contact for this inquiry, if this is the case, could you refer me to the correct entity whom may be able to advise in this matter?

Thank you very much,
